The Health and Social Services Committee considered SENATE BILL                                                                 
NO. 35 "An Act extending the termination date of the Statewide                                                                  
Suicide Prevention Council; and providing for an effective date" and                                                            
recommended it be replaced with                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 35(HSS) "An Act                                                                                
          relating to the membership and voting privileges of                                                                   
          members of the Statewide Suicide Prevention                                                                           
          Council; extending the termination date of the                                                                        
          Statewide Suicide Prevention Council; and providing
