The Health and Social Services Committee considered SENATE BILL                                                                 
NO. 32 "An Act relating to medical assistance payments for home and                                                             
community-based services" and recommended it be replaced with                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 32(HSS) "An Act                                                                                
          relating to medical assistance payments for home and                                                                  
          community-based services, provision of personal care                                                                  
          services in a recipient's home, and assisted living                                                                   
          homes; and providing for an effective date."
