The Resources Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 31 "An                                                                       
Act relating to a geothermal electricity production tax credit under the                                                        
Alaska Net Income Tax Act" and recommended it be replaced with                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
             CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 31(RES) "An Act                                                                             
             relating to a renewable energy production tax credit                                                               
             that may be claimed or applied against tax due under                                                               
             the Alaska Net Income Tax Act; and providing for an                                                                
             effective date."
