The Resources Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 228 "An                                                                      
Act providing for an industrial incentive investment tax credit and                                                             
including a gas-to-liquids facility as an eligible investment; and                                                              
providing for a production tax limit on gas used as a raw material for                                                          
producing liquids or petrochemicals from gas in the state" and                                                                  
recommended it be replaced with                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 228(RES) "An Act                                                                               
          providing for a tax credit for investment in a facility                                                               
          that produces liquids from gas, coal, or biomass; and                                                                 
          providing for a production tax limit on gas used in                                                                   
          the state as a raw material for producing liquids or                                                                  
          petrochemicals from gas."
