The Education Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 221 "An                                                                      
Act establishing an advisory task force on higher education in the                                                              
legislative branch of government; and providing for an effective date"                                                          
and recommended it be replaced with                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
            CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 221(EDC) "An Act                                                                             
            establishing an advisory task force on higher                                                                       
            education and career readiness in the legislative                                                                   
            branch of government; and providing for an effective
