The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 75(FIN) Shall the Senate Concur in the House Amendment to CSSB 75(FIN)? Effective Dates YEAS: 14 NAYS: 2 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 3 VACANT: 1 Yeas: Davis, Ellis, French, Huggins, Kookesh, McGuire, Menard, Meyer, Olson, Paskvan, Stedman, Stevens, Thomas, Wielechowski Nays: Dyson, Therriault Absent: Bunde, Hoffman, Wagoner and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 75(FIN) "An Act making and amending appropriations, including capital appropriations, supplemental appropriations, and appropriations to capitalize funds; and providing for an effective date." Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on concurrence be considered the vote on the effective date clauses. Without objection, it was so ordered. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment. SB 177 Message dated April 19 was read stating the House passed and returned for consideration CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 177(FIN) with the following amendment: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 177(FIN) "An Act relating to an exception for professional fishing guide services in the Kenai River Special Management Area; relating to the licensing and regulation of sport fishing operators and sport fishing guides and licensing and registration of sport fishing vessels; and providing for an effective date."
