SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 10 Urging the United States                                                                         
Congress to adopt S. 371, the Respecting States Rights and Concealed                                                            
Carry Reciprocity Act of 2009, was read the second time.                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution                                                             
be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                                          
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 10 was read the third time.
