independence, security for the nation, and jobs for Alaskans; and                                                               
urging the United States Congress to provide a means for consistently                                                           
sharing with all coastal energy-producing states, on an ongoing basis,                                                          
revenue generated from oil and gas development on the outer                                                                     
continental shelf, to ensure that those states develop, support, and                                                            
maintain necessary infrastructure and preserve environmental                                                                    
integrity, was engrossed, signed by the President and Secretary and

SENATE BILL NO. 111 "An Act relating to the duration of a                                                                       
certificate of compliance for an intrastate air service provider; and

and Secretary, Speaker and Chief Clerk and the engrossed and                                                                    
enrolled copies transmitted to the Office of the Governor at 9:35 a.m.,
