HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 24 Urging the United States                                                                          
Congress and the United States Department of Agriculture to extend                                                              
the basic housing allowance exclusion to all military families for                                                              
purposes of the school nutrition program, was read the second time.                                                             
                                                                                                                                
Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution                                                             
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                                                               
objection, it was so ordered.
