Without objection, it was so ordered. HCR 11 Senator Menard, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the State Affairs Committee referral be waived on HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 11 Proclaiming the month of April 2009 to be Sexual Assault Awareness Month. Without objection, the resolution was referred to the Rules Committee. HCR 13 Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 13 Certifying that the State of Alaska requests and will use any funds provided to the state, a state agency, a municipality, or a political subdivision of the state under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, be taken up. Without objection, it was so ordered. HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 13, which had been held on the Secretary's desk (page 691) was read the second time and was before the Senate on final passage. The question being: "Shall HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 13 Certifying that the State of Alaska requests and will use any funds provided to the state, a state agency, a municipality, or a political subdivision of the state under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, pass the Senate?"
