HB 307                                                                                                                        
HOUSE BILL NO. 307 "An Act relating to sexual assault protective                                                                
orders" was read the second time.                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                                                                  
objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
HOUSE BILL NO. 307 was read the third time.                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall HOUSE BILL NO. 307 "An Act relating to                                                               
sexual assault protective orders" pass the Senate?" The roll was taken
