Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 129(RLS) was read the third time. Senator French declared a conflict of interest. The question being: "Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 129(RLS) "An Act relating to the authority of the Real Estate Commission to revoke licenses of persons convicted of certain crimes" pass the Senate?" HB 151 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 151(FIN) "An Act amending the termination date of the statewide boating safety and education program; providing for an effective date by amending the effective date of secs. 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 14, 16, 18, 20, 23, 26, and 27, ch. 28, SLA 2000, as amended; and providing for an effective date" was read the second time. Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
