President Stevens stated that under Rule 43(b) of the Uniform Rules                                                             
engrossment may be waived on all bills on today's calendar. Without

termination date of the Board of Governors of the Alaska Bar

Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without
