2009-04-17 House Journal Page 1071 SJR 16 The following was read the second time: CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 16(RES) Expressing support for responsible development of the oil and gas resources in federal waters offshore of Alaska's coast as a means to ensure energy independence, security for the nation, and jobs for Alaskans; and urging the United States Congress to provide a means for consistently sharing with all coastal energy-producing states, on an ongoing basis, revenue generated from oil and gas 2009-04-17 House Journal Page 1072 development on the outer continental shelf, to ensure that those states develop, support, and maintain necessary infrastructure and preserve environmental integrity. with the: Journal Page RES RPT 4DP 3NR 953 FN1: ZERO(S.RES) 954 Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSJR 16(RES) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSSJR 16(RES) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSSJR 16(RES) pass the House?"
