The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would revert to: MESSAGES FROM THE SENATE HB 36 A message dated April 18, 2010, was read stating the Senate passed CSSSHB 36(FIN) am with the following amendment, and it is transmitted for consideration: SENATE CS FOR CS FOR SS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 36(JUD) "An Act relating to ballot initiative proposal applications, to ballot initiatives and to those who file or organize for the purpose of filing a ballot initiative proposal, and to election pamphlet information relating to certain propositions." CONCUR IN SENATE AMENDMENTS HB 36 Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Johansen moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSSSHB 36(FIN) am, thus adopting SCS CSSSHB 36(JUD), and recommended that the members vote yes.
