There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted, and the new title follows: SENATE BILL NO. 159 am H "An Act relating to medical and rehabilitation information in workers' compensation matters; increasing the maximum funeral expenses payable as a workers' compensation death benefit; and providing for an effective date." (HCR 36 - title change resolution) SB 159 am H was automatically in third reading. The question being: "Shall SB 159 am H pass the House?"
