THIRD READING OF HOUSE BILLS HB 6 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 16, 2009, calendar (page 1032), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 6(JUD) "An Act relating to proscribing certain sexual conduct or sexual activities as cruelty to animals." Representative Holmes moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 6(JUD) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment Nos. 1 and 2. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
