And so, HCS SB 183(FIN) passed the House.                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                              
roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the                                                         
effective date clause.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                            
                                                                                                                                
HCS SB 183(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.

The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 17,                                                           
2009, calendar (page 1064), was read the third time:                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 48(JUD)                                                                                              
    "An Act exempting municipal service area boards from the                                                                    
    requirements of conducting meetings open to the public when a                                                               
    meeting is administrative or managerial in nature; and amending                                                             
    the definition of 'meeting' as it relates to public governmental                                                            
    meetings."                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
Representative Petersen moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                  
CSSB 48(JUD) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose                                                             
of considering Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection, it was so                                                            
ordered.

    Insert "; in this paragraph, a matter is administrative or
