Full Journal pdf2010-04-14 House Journal Page 2276 SB 217 The following was read the second time: CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 217(FIN) "An Act relating to the issuance of state-guaranteed revenue bonds by the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation to finance mortgages for qualifying veterans; authorizing the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation to acquire the building that it occupies for an amount that does not exceed $14,500,000; authorizing the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation to acquire a building or purchase an undesignated site for the relocation of its public housing client 2010-04-14 House Journal Page 2277 intake and assisted housing center for an amount that does not exceed $3,500,000; and providing for an effective date." with the: Journal Page FIN RPT 11DP 2231 FN3: (REV) 2231 Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSB 217(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSSB 217(FIN) was read the third time. **The presence of Representative Joule was noted. The question being: "Shall CSSB 217(FIN) pass the House?"
