There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was again before the House in third reading: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 171(FIN) "An Act relating to the permanent fund dividend of an otherwise qualified individual who dies during the qualifying year, and relating to contributions from permanent fund dividends; and providing for an effective date." 2010-04-15 House Journal Page 2322 Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that Representative Millett be excused from a call of the House from now to 10:30 a.m., April 16. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Seaton moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSB 171(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 2. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Seaton: Page 1, lines 13 - 14: Delete "who received a dividend for the year immediately before the qualifying year and" Representative Seaton moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Gardner objected. Representative Thomas placed a call of the House. The call was satisfied. Representative Seaton moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw Amendment No. 2. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS CSSB 171(FIN) was automatically in third reading. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HCS CSSB 171(FIN) pass the House?"
