Representative Thomas moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                    
reconsideration of HCS CSSB 171(FIN) (page 2320) be taken up on                                                                 
the same day.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.

     "An Act relating to the permanent fund dividend of an otherwise
