2009-03-27 House Journal Page 0610 SB 111 The following was read the second time: SENATE BILL NO. 111 "An Act relating to the duration of a certificate of compliance for an intrastate air service provider; and providing for an effective date." with the: Journal Page TRA RPT 5DP 549 FN1: ZERO(DOT) 549 Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 111 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. 2009-03-27 House Journal Page 0611 SB 111 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall SB 111 pass the House?" Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. SB 111 was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the Senate.
