The following was read the second time:                                                                                         
    HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 47                                                                                               
    Urging the United States Coast Guard to amend its regulations                                                               
    relating to small vessels transporting fuel and supplies to remote                                                          
    communities and businesses in the state.

Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                  
HJR 47 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and                                                                  
placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                          
HJR 47 was read the third time.                                                                                                 
The question being:  "Shall HJR 47 pass the House?"  The roll was
