ENE) 1575 FIN RPT CS(FIN) 8DP 2NR 1AM 1737 FN2: ZERO(LEG) 1737 Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original resolution: CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 45(FIN) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Gara, Gardner, Kawasaki, N. Foster, Crawford, Petersen, Cissna, Gruenberg, Doogan, Guttenberg, Kerttula, and Holmes: 2010-03-17 House Journal Page 1767 Page 3, following line 11, insert: "WHEREAS there may be proposals to amend the pending legislation that would expand the demand for Alaska natural gas, and that would benefit Alaska; and" Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Stoltze objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Seaton: Page 3, line 19, following "standards": Insert "which includes hydroelectric generation" Representative Seaton moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. 2010-03-17 House Journal Page 1768 Representative Stoltze objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 2 was adopted. Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHJR 45(FIN) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHJR 45(FIN) am was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHJR 45(FIN) am pass the House?"
