Representative Kerttula gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on                                                           
CSHJR 27(RES) (page 751).                                                                                                       
Representative Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                  
reconsideration of CSHJR 27(RES) be taken up on the same day.                                                                   
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                    
The following was again before the House in third reading:                                                                      
    CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 27(RES)                                                                                   
    Relating to sovereign powers of the state.                                                                                  
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall CSHJR 27(RES) pass the
