A message dated April 15, 2010, was read stating the Governor read                                                              
the following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                         
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 24                                                                                               
    Urging the United States Congress and the United States                                                                     
    Department of Agriculture to extend the basic housing allowance                                                             
    exclusion to all military families for purposes of the school
