A message dated April 13, 2010, was read stating the Governor read                                                              
the following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                         
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 20                                                                                          
    Proclaiming the month of April 2010 to be Sexual Assault
