The question being: "Shall the House adopt the report?" Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would revert to: MESSAGES FROM THE SENATE HB 73 A message dated April 18, 2010, was read stating the Senate passed: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 73(FIN) "An Act relating to special fire fighter and emergency medical service provider license plates; and providing for an effective date."
