Representative Johansen moved that the House adopt the Conference                                                               
Committee with limited powers of free conference report (page 2516),                                                            
thus adopting:                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
     CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 300                                                                                       
     "An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan                                                                   
     program expenses of state government, for certain programs, and                                                            
     to capitalize funds; and providing for an effective date."                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
The question being:  "Shall the House adopt the report?"  The roll was
