Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 199(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment. HB 215 Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1127) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 215(EDC) "An Act repealing school experience for salary scales provisions." and CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 215(EDC) am S "An Act suspending for two years the operation of school experience factors applicable to salary scales provisions." (SCR 11 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Johansen moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 215(EDC), thus adopting CSHB 215(EDC) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes.
