There being no objection, the question of the appropriations from the constitutional budget reserve fund was divided. Part A: Section 27(a) and (c) The question being: "Shall the House adopt the appropriations in Section 27(a) and (c) from the constitutional budget reserve fund (art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska)?"
