Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Gara and Doogan: 2010-04-01 House Journal Page 1990 Page 1, lines 7 - 8: Delete ", subject to the right of the governor to request additional nominations" Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Lynn objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representatives Gara and Doogan: Page 1, line 8, following "request": Insert "up to three" Representative Doogan moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted.
