Full Journal pdf2010-04-12 House Journal Page 2198 SB 163 The following was read the second time: 2010-04-12 House Journal Page 2199 SENATE BILL NO. 163 "An Act increasing the allowances for injury, disability, or heart attack payable from the fisherman's fund; and providing for an effective date." with the: Journal Page RLS RPT HCS(RLS) NT 5DP 1NR 2112 TITLE CHANGE: PENDING HCR 26 2112 FN2: (LWF) 2113 FN3: ZERO(DFG) 2113 Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill: HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 163(RLS) "An Act relating to the duties of the commissioner of labor and workforce development and the Fishermen's Fund Advisory and Appeals Council with respect to the fishermen's fund and increasing the allowances for injury, disability, or heart attack payable from the fund, and allowing a vessel owner to recover a portion of the deductible under a protection and indemnity insurance policy following a claim by an injured fisherman; and providing for an effective date." There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS SB 163(RLS) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS SB 163(RLS) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall HCS SB 163(RLS) pass the House?" Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS SB 163(RLS) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
