Senator McGuire moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as                                                                
a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 33 "An Act creating a                                                                            
postsecondary scholarship grant program for Alaska residents based                                                              
on high achievement and financial need." Without objection, it was so
