Full Journal pdf2009-04-17 House Journal Page 1073 HB 137 Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 978) on the following: HOUSE BILL NO. 137 am "An Act relating to an interstate compact on educational opportunity for military children; amending Rules 4 and 24, Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure." and 2009-04-17 House Journal Page 1074 HOUSE BILL NO. 137 am(efd add S) "An Act relating to an interstate compact on educational opportunity for military children; amending Rules 4 and 24, Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure; and providing for an effective date." (technical title change) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Johansen moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 137 am, thus adopting HB 137 am(efd add S), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 137 am?" Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the court rule changes. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. HB 137 am(efd add S) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
