The Speaker stated that, without objection, the following, which was                                                            
advanced to third reading from the April 11, 2010, calendar (page                                                               
2176), would be moved to the bottom of the calendar:                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 424(FIN)                                                                                             
     "An Act providing for and relating to the issuance of general                                                              
     obligation bonds for the purpose of paying the cost of design and                                                          
     construction of library, education, and educational research

     HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 26                                                                                         
     Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of                                                             
     the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 163,                                                              
     increasing the allowances for injury, disability, or heart attack                                                          
     payable from the fishermen's fund.                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
The question being:  "Shall HCR 26 pass the House?"  The roll was
