There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Samuels moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 2001(FIN) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB 2001(FIN) am S, and recommended that the members vote no. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 2001(FIN) am?" Representative Samuels moved the effective date clauses. The question being: "Shall the effective date clauses be adopted?" Representative Samuels moved that the House adopt the Senate letter of intent (Senate Journal page 1549). The question being: "Shall the House adopt the Senate letter of intent?"
