          "An Act relating to naturopaths and to naturopathic                                                                   
          practice; establishing a Naturopathic Advisory                                                                        
          Committee and an Alaska Naturopathic Formulary                                                                        
          Council; amending the duties of the State Medical                                                                     
          Board and the Board of Pharmacy relating to                                                                           
          naturopathic practice; and providing for an effective
