SENATE BILL NO. 101 "An Act relating to private professional                                                                    
conservators and private and public guardians" was read the second

Senator Ellis, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                 
adoption of the 2d Labor and Commerce Committee Substitute offered                                                              
on page 1698. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO.                                                                         
101(2d L&C) "An Act relating to private professional conservators,                                                              
private and public guardians, and court hearings on the issue of                                                                
incapacity; and establishing uniform adult guardianship and                                                                     
conservator jurisdiction and procedures" was adopted.                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
