Reconsideration of the following was not taken up on this legislative                                                           
day.  It was engrossed, signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and                                                               
transmitted to the Senate for consideration:                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 28(FIN)                                                                                   
    Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska                                                             
    relating to the budget reserve fund, and to appropriations to and                                                           
    transfers from the fund; and dedicating a portion of the petroleum                                                          
    production tax to the fund.
