Full Journal pdf2008-02-19 House Journal Page 2015 HB 305 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the February 13, 2008, calendar (page 1966), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 305(RLS) "An Act relating to campaign fund raising during a regular or special legislative session; and providing for an effective date." Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 305(RLS) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of rescinding previous action in adopting the Rules Committee Substitute. Representative Johnson objected. Representative LeDoux moved and asked unanimous consent that she be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. 2008-02-19 House Journal Page 2016 Representative Coghill objected. Representative LeDoux requested that a roll call vote be taken and placed a call of the House. The call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall Representative LeDoux be allowed to abstain from voting on CSHB 305(RLS)?" Representative LeDoux lifted the call.
