HOUSE BILL NO. 296 "An Act extending the termination date of the                                                                
Board of Parole; and providing for an effective date" was read the

Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                                                                  
objection, it was so ordered.
