Full Journal pdf2008-04-11 House Journal Page 2854 HB 19 Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2828) on the following: 2008-04-11 House Journal Page 2855 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 19(FIN) "An Act relating to ignition interlock devices; to limited driver's license privileges; and to ignition interlock limited driver's license privileges." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 19(JUD)(efd am S) "An Act relating to ignition interlock devices; to limited driver's license privileges; to ignition interlock limited driver's license privileges; and providing for an effective date." (technical title change) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Samuels moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 19(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 19(JUD)(efd am S), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 19(FIN)?" There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 19(JUD)(efd am S) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
