Senator Gary Stevens objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?" The roll was taken with the following result: SJR 14 Second Reading Amendment No. 2 YEAS: 8 NAYS: 11 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Davis, Ellis, Elton, French, Guess, Hoffman, Kookesh, Olson Nays: Cowdery, Dyson, Green, Huggins, Seekins, Stedman, Stevens B, Stevens G, Therriault, Wagoner, Wilken Excused: Bunde and so, Amendment No. 2 failed. Senators Wilken, Green, Stedman, Cowdery, Dyson, Wagoner, Seekins, Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cosponsors on the resolution. Without objection, it was so ordered. President Stevens stated SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 14 will be on the April 19 calendar. Second Reading of House Resolutions HCR 2 HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 2 was read the second time and was before the Senate on final passage.
