CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 201 and moved and asked                                                   
unanimous consent that it be taken up at this time. Without objection,                              
it was so ordered and the resolution was before the Senate on

The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT                                           
RESOLUTION NO. 201 Authorizing the Senate or the House of                                           
Representatives to recess for periods longer than three days during
