The State Affairs Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 36 "An                                       
Act relating to applications requesting the delivery of absentee ballots                            
by mail" and recommended it be replaced with                                                        
                                                                                                    
                         CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 36(STA) "An Act                                    
                  relating to applications requesting the delivery of                              
             absentee ballots."
