The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 206 "An Act                                        
relating to material witnesses; and amending Rule 58.1, Alaska Rules                                
of Civil Procedure, and Rule 204, Alaska Rules of Appellate                                         
Procedure" and recommended it be replaced with                                                      
                                                                                                    
                   CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 206(FIN) "An Act                                         
                relating to contempt of court and to temporary                                     
          detention and identification of persons."
