Full Journal pdf2006-06-06 Senate Journal Page 3572 SB 2001 Message dated June 6 was read, stating the House passed CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 2001(FIN) "An Act relating to the production tax on oil and gas and to conservation surcharges on oil; relating to criminal penalties for violating conditions governing access to and use 2006-06-06 Senate Journal Page 3573 of confidential information relating to the production tax; amending the definition of 'gas' as that definition applies in the Alaska Stranded Gas Development Act; making conforming amendments; and providing for an effective date" with the following amendments: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 2001(FIN) am H Senator Gary Stevens moved that the Senate concur in the House amendments and recommended the body vote no. The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendments?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 2001(FIN) am H Shall the Senate Concur in the House Amendments to CSSB 2001(FIN)? YEAS: 8 NAYS: 12 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Davis, Ellis, Elton, French, Guess, Kookesh, Olson, Therriault Nays: Bunde, Cowdery, Dyson, Green, Hoffman, Huggins, Seekins, Stedman, Stevens B, Stevens G, Wagoner, Wilken and so, the Senate failed to concur. The Secretary was requested to notify the House of the Senate's action and request the House to recede from its amendments.
