177 "An Act eliminating the requirement that persons using titles or                                
descriptions of services that incorporate the terms 'psychotherapy,'                                
'psychotherapeutic,' or 'psychotherapist' be licensed by the Board of                               
Psychologist and Psychological Associate Examiners" and                                             
recommended the adoption of the Health, Education and Social
