The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 169 "An                                          
Act relating to release of information in individual workers'                                       
compensation records for commercial purposes" and recommended it                                    
be replaced with                                                                                    
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 169(JUD) "An Act                                                   
          relating to release of information in individual                                          
          workers' compensation records; and providing for an
