The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 105 "An                                          
Act relating to the retrospective application and applicability of the                              
overtime compensation exemption for flight crew members; and                                        
providing for an effective date" and recommended the adoption of the                                
Labor and Commerce Committee Substitute offered on page 436.
